With my style of therapy, the aim is to help people overcome obstacles and self-imposed barriers they may face so that they can flourish in their personal lives. I'm an individual therapist that utilizes a multi-faceted approach to treatment that includes various types of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral (CBT), strength-based, person-first, solution-focused, and a direct reality-based psychodynamic style. At times effort and work outside of the session may be required.
