Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Matt. I work with adults who find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next — whether that’s in relationships, work, or personal growth. Life can throw curveballs that leave us questioning how to cope, connect, or move forward with confidence. I’m here to walk with you through those moments so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward, compassionate, and grounded in real life. Clients describe me as someone who listens without judgment, meets you where you are, and helps you discover practical ways to feel more in control and more connected to your goals. I value partnership — we make progress together, at a pace that feels safe and right for you. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but to help you understand what’s going on for you and find your own best path forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you in and what you’re hoping to change. You’ll have space to share your story, be heard, and start building a sense of clarity around your challenges and your strengths. You can expect to leave feeling more grounded and with practical ideas to try on right away. Over time, most people notice they feel more confident making decisions, more comfortable handling stress, and more connected to who they want to be — not just “getting by,” but actually feeling like life is moving forward.
