Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience, I’m trained to support individuals facing a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges. While I work broadly, my specialization lies in anxiety and its many forms—including co-morbid conditions such as depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults healing from the long-term impact of emotionally or physically abusive family dynamics.

I also work with individuals navigating spiritual wounds—whether from rigid belief systems, religious trauma, or a loss of connection to their deeper sense of meaning. Additionally, I enjoy supporting creatives of all kinds—artists, writers, musicians, and other expressive souls—who are exploring identity, emotional depth, and the courage to share their work with the world.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I weave together powerful elements from existential theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Adlerian psychology, and Bowen Family Systems Theory to create a rich, personalized experience for each client.

From existential theory, I bring in the deep work of helping clients uncover meaning, navigate freedom and responsibility, and face life’s big questions with courage. IFS allows us to meet the inner world with compassion—working gently with the parts of ourselves that carry pain, protect us, or feel stuck. ACT brings in the clarity of values-based living—teaching clients how to create space around difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward a life that truly matters to them.

Adlerian theory adds an empowering lens on identity, purpose, and social connection, while Bowen theory helps us understand how family patterns shape us and how we can grow into differentiation—being deeply connected without losing ourselves.

Together, these approaches allow me to support clients in a way that’s both integrative and grounded—addressing immediate struggles while nurturing long-term growth, emotional resilience, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

I see my role as a collaborator and guide—helping clients clarify where they want to go in life, then equipping them with the tools and insight to get there. My style is warm, relational, and grounded in both depth and practicality—and I’m a firm believer in the healing power of humor as a bridge to insight, connection, and hope.

I primarily offer therapy via telehealth, making meaningful, consistent support accessible no matter where you are.
