My primary goals are to ensure you feel welcomed and understood, and to help you develop the insights needed to move forward positively in your life. I am trained in, and primarily guided by, Solution-Focused and Trauma-Informed approaches to therapy. I strive to create a casual and warm atmosphere, using light humor to connect and build relationships.
