Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with many years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, energetic, and solution-focused, providing a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Throughout my career, I've worked with youth, adults, families, couples, and marriages in a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, correctional facilities, and programs serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. These diverse experiences have given me the skills to support clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, and emotional wellness.

I believe every person has strengths they can build on. I genuinely love helping people and feel honored to partner with my clients as they develop practical tools, overcome obstacles, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. Wherever you are in your journey, I'm here to support, encourage, and empower you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences without judgment. My role is to walk alongside you as you process life's challenges, explore your strengths, and discover new perspectives.

Together, we'll identify your goals, develop practical coping strategies, and build on the resilience you already have. I tailor therapy to your unique needs because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or other challenges, I'll meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.

You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I'm here to help you gain insight, find hope, and feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
