Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and sleep-related concerns. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with practical strategies that support long-term mental wellness, including sleep optimization, healthy routines, lifestyle factors, and when appropriate, discussion of supplements and nutritional considerations. I believe the best outcomes often come from addressing both symptoms and the everyday habits that influence mental health.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach to mental health care and believe that effective treatment involves more than simply managing symptoms. In addition to medication management when appropriate, I explore factors that can influence mental well-being, including sleep, stress, daily routines, physical health, relationships, and lifestyle habits. I enjoy incorporating therapeutic conversations, practical coping strategies, and behavioral tools that help clients make meaningful changes in their daily lives. My goal is to create a calm, personalized, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges, goals, and values. For clients who wish to incorporate their faith or spiritual beliefs into treatment, I am open to those conversations and will respect what is important to them

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a thoughtful and unhurried first appointment focused on understanding their unique experiences, concerns, and goals. I take time to learn about not only symptoms, but also factors such as sleep, stress, lifestyle, medical history, and other influences that may be impacting mental health. Together, we will discuss treatment options and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your needs, preferences, and goals. My aim is to create a calm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions regarding their care
