Great to meet you!

I like to build an authentic working partnership centered on grace and understanding while respecting your unique and independently driven goals. I provide a supportive and challenging relationship in a safe, controlled, and confidential setting.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to consider the link between our thoughts, our moods, and our environments on our behavior. I also believe you are your own expert on you, with strengths ready to be realized and enhanced. I think it's important to evaluate systems and challenging patterns while exploring alternatives to reduce your current pain.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that change is inevitable and that counseling can help us navigate through the challenging issues and periods in our lives. If you have reached your limit, please contact me for a screening call to see how I may be able to help. If I am not the right fit for you, we can discuss referral to other options.
