Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Matthew Cosentino and I'm a licensed mental health counselor. I've worked with clients of all backgrounds and with various reasons that brought them to counseling. I know first hand what it's like to go through things like anxiety and depression and I specialize in working with people facing those challenges. I believe that even during life's most difficult seasons, there is hope ahead. I strive to help clients find the light at the end of the tunnel and build the tools needed to move toward a brighter future.

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling with a warm, open, empowering, and understanding approach. I'm here to hold a safe, non judgmental space for you, where your story will be heard. I help clients change unhelpful thinking patterns and develop skills to assist them with life's challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to come up with a treatment plan that best fit's their needs.

What you can expect from me

During the first session you can expect to share your story and what brought you to counseling. You can help me get to know who you are. Together we will come up with a treatment plan that best suits your needs.
