Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over eight years of experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults across the lifespan, from young adults navigating major life changes to older adults facing complex mental health challenges. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion, meeting each client where they are while guiding them toward the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, blending evidence-based techniques with depth-oriented exploration. My work has included helping people manage depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and other concerns, using approaches like CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and depth-oriented therapies.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity about their challenges, practical tools for managing symptoms, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Over time, they often gain increased resilience, improved relationships, and a stronger sense of direction and purpose in their lives.
