Great to meet you!

I have been privileged to work in the behavior health field for over 17 years. I hold a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and also a National Certified Counselor credential. My approach to sessions is warm, eclectic and open-minded. Being able to journey with others as they work toward their goals is so special to me.

My approach to therapy

Every client and situation is different. My approach is eclectic, and I often use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused, EMDR, with a generous helping of person-centered treatment. I find myself working with all sorts of situations/clients, but I tend to find myself working with couples, trauma, addictions and anxiety the most.

What you can expect from me

It is my heart's desire that clients walk away from each session changed in some way for the better. Whether this is having greater insight into contributing factors, or having more empowerment to keep moving or finally being able to put the pieces of life together. If I only had one word to describe what I want clients to take away from each session, that word would be "Hope."
