Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck? Wanting more connections? It's hard to build and maintain relationships. I work with clients to analyze themselves and how they interact with others. You'll build confidence and communication skills that you can apply to all relationships, while lowering anxiety and managing depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It's about trust. When we meet you can guarantee that our time together will be calming, warm and safe with no judgement, in a friendly space to truly understand yourself and how you connect to your world.

What you can expect from our first session

Through analysis of past relationships and deep diving into current ones, you'll learn to identify red flags, build healthy boundaries and manage any conflict. We'll work to lessen over thinking and negative self thoughts while building identity and self compassion.
