Great to meet you!

You've probably gotten good at holding things together, even when a lot has been asking to fall apart. I work with adults and seniors who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship strain, and the kind of life transitions that quietly upend everything you thought you had figured out. My clients often come in after trying to manage things on their own for a while and are ready for a space where they don't have to.

My approach to therapy

Together, we move at a pace that actually feels manageable, especially when we're working through trauma or the kind of anxiety that keeps your mind running long after the moment has passed. My goal is for you to walk away not just with insight, but with a real sense of safety, steadier footing day to day, and tools that hold up outside of our sessions. This work tends to fit best if you're looking for a collaborative process rather than being handed a script, someone who treats you as the expert on your own life while still offering real guidance. We'll build your goals together, and you'll never be expected to share more than you're ready for.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a chance to get to know each other. We'll talk through what brought you in, what things have felt like lately, and what you're hoping will be different, and from there we'll start shaping a path forward together. I see clients both in person and by telehealth, so we can find whatever setup feels most comfortable for you. If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd be glad to hear from you.
