Great to meet you!

As a veteran and retired police officer, I have personally experienced PTSD and its associated symptoms. You should also know that I am committed to helping you grow towards healing and finding happiness on the other side of your situation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Trauma can stem from various sources. Each individual's experience with trauma is unique, and we often accumulate these traumas over time, suppressing them and trying to move forward. Eventually, this can become overwhelming.

As an EMDR-certified therapist, I can help you revisit and work through your trauma to lessen its impact on your daily life. Together, we can embark on a journey towards healing and get you closer to living a happier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs. We will collaborate as a team to find what works best for you.
