Great to meet you!

Feel free to email me at: [email protected] with questions.

With 15+ years of experience in service in the community I have worked with a variety of individuals from trauma survivors, to young adults, people of color, people in the LGBTQIA+ community, and other various social backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

As a yoga instructor and counselor, I am often asking my clients to acknowledge any uncomfortable feelings that come up in a the moment, so that they might gain a better understanding of them and begin to proceed past it. I ask them to stay mindful of any negative thoughts/emotions going on their head and if they can instead focus on their breath, remind themselves this moment is not permanent, and to maybe even smile through it

What you can expect from me

I hope to co-create therapy as a space for healing and growth; a place to uncover your strengths and passions, and to learn how to navigate through life in alignment with your values. I like to assign things to work on in between session and then to review how it went during the next session. I do so in a non-judgmental way in hopes of securing a better sense of self.
