Great to meet you!

Hi there! It's nice to meet you.

Are you struggling with focus, motivation, anxiety, or low mood? You're not alone. With experience across diverse healthcare settings, I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and especially have a passion in supporting minority populations who may not always feel fully seen or face some stigma. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel understood, and I'm committed to being that for my patients.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach, which means I'm always curious about how your mental health, daily life, and past experiences are connected to what you're going through right now. Care with me is collaborative and flexible. We will build an evidence-based plan guided by your goals, check in along the way, and adjust as needed so we're always moving at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and what's bringing you in. I'll ask questions to get the full picture of where you're at, and from there we'll talk through next steps together, whether that looks like therapy, medication, lifestyle support, or connecting you with additional resources. My goal is for you to leave that first conversation feeling heard and with a clear sense of where we're headed. I look forward to meeting with you.
