Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been providing mental health therapy in Nebraska since 2014 and focus on serving a diverse population of individuals. By customizing my approach to meet individual needs and utilizing my expertise in counseling men, adolescents, first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others, I aim to foster a deep understanding and connection with my clients to facilitate meaningful growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship with clients in a safe, inclusive space. By customizing my approach and utilizing my expertise with diverse groups, I foster meaningful growth. I use EMDR and other methods, incorporating humor and creativity, to guide clients through challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma, helping them understand their behaviors and listen to their bodies.

What you can expect from our first session

I use EMDR therapy and other modalities while incorporating humor and creativity in my practice. I offer guidance through a variety of difficulties experienced by individuals and families, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, and disruptive behaviors. I aim to help you understand the reasons behind behaviors and learn to listen to what your body is telling you. I find value in using the methods that work best for you to help you reach your goals.
