Great to meet you!

I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Art Therapy from Whitecliffe College in Auckland, New Zealand in 2015 following my Bachelor’s education at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. My clinical experience began in 2012 as a student therapist working with youth on the Autism Spectrum. This work soon developed into working with individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages facing a wide variety of challenges across public and private healthcare settings.

My approach to therapy

My focus as a therapist is to create a nonjudgmental space to explore your challenges, strengths, and self. My Master’s program, postgraduate training, and clinical experience have equipped me with a wide variety of approaches to talk therapy as well as many Art Therapy modalities (visual arts, dance, drama, music, digital art, and sand tray). My education and work has fostered my values of meeting people where they are at through both setting and therapeutic approach.

What you can expect from me

Reaching your goals for therapy can take many forms. You can expect an atmosphere of nonjudgement and curiosity in which to explore what path towards healing is best for you as well as what makes you who you are. If you are ready, I am also able to support you in developing a creative process that can help enrich life as a whole. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families who would benefit from a space to explore their path towards healing and their full potential.
