Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in delivering compassionate mental health treatment. My areas of expertise include assessing and treating individuals experiencing major depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar and psychotic disorders, as well as challenges involving substance use. My practice is centered on a collaborative, strengths-based approach, working with clients and other professionals involved in their care to ensure that treatment aligns with each individual’s goals and values.

As a licensed advanced practice nurse, I hold board certification as an adult psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, with additional experience and training in adult primary care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and hold undergraduate degrees in both nursing and psychology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I view my relationship with clients as a collaborative partnership, working together to support your journey toward greater authenticity and compassion in an often overwhelming world.

I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and consider medication a complementary tool alongside therapy and other forms of support. Currently, my practice focuses primarily on psychopharmacology, where I strive to help clients navigate their treatment options through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and the development of a safe, affirming working relationship.

Clients most frequently seek my support for concerns such as:

Low mood and energy

Anxiety or excessive worry

Irritability

Impulsivity

Grief and sadness following a loss

Sleep disturbances that may be related to mood or anxiety

Difficulties with focus and memory, impacting performance in work, school, and everyday life

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and supported in a compassionate and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to help them gain insight into their challenges, develop practical coping strategies, and feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. Together, we will explore their unique experiences, strengths, and goals, creating a personalized approach to mental wellness. Whether through therapy, medication management, or lifestyle adjustments, I strive to provide holistic and collaborative care that fosters resilience and lasting well-being.
