Great to meet you!

I have worked with a variety of clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. My primary focus has been on individual therapy but enjoy working with couples and families as well. I bring empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness to all of my therapy sessions.

My approach to therapy

I bring a client-centered, eclectic approach to therapy as I believe everyone has the innate capacity for growth. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is what initiates change.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe space for clients to share their journey with me. I believe the therapist and client should identify goals collaboratively rather than the therapist simply deciding what goals are appropriate for the client.
