I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. I work with adults and I use various therapy modalities to individualize your process. My preferred treatment modalities are Existential, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral.

My style tends to be direct, creative, collaborative and humorous. I believe therapy should be a lot more than learning how to cope or survive something. It should help you achieve your goals, thrive in relationships, and live more fully.

I strive to create an environment that feels safe and collaborative. One of the first things we'll do is create some treatment goals to work towards and the goals you choose will determine what we discuss. I'm open to and I welcome constructive feedback.
