You’ve tried to cope, maybe even been to therapy before, but nothing seems to stick. You want clarity, emotional control, and to stop reacting so much. You want to feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the people around you. You’re ready to do the work. You just need the right support, effective tools, and a clear path forward. You deserve a space that’s structured but warm, direct but supportive. My style is active, practical, and grounded in what works. Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s driving the anxiety, frustration, or self-criticism and start building lasting change that helps you move forward.
I hold a graduate degree in social work from UT Austin, and have years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, inquisitive, and collaborative, and I strive to help clients not only feel better, but get better.
I am a Certified TEAM-CBT Therapist and Trainer, Level 4. Testing tracks progress, Empathy helps you feel seen, Assessment reveals what keeps you stuck, and Methods provide practical tools. I'm trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 2, which offers tools and research-based practices to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.
In our sessions, you can expect to gain powerful tools to understand and reshape the way you think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is based on the idea dating back to the philosopher Epictetus, that we’re not disturbed by events themselves, but by how we interpret or think about them.
Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, challenge self-defeating beliefs, and build new ways of thinking that lead to meaningful, lasting emotional and behavioral change. You’ll leave sessions not just feeling better, but equipped to handle life with more clarity, confidence, and resilience.
