Great to meet you!

I'm a seasoned counselor with a broad range of experience. I am most passionate about working with couples.I thrive on facilitating healing & growth in relationships.I also specialize in spiritually integrated psychotherapy, anxiety, depression, and addictions. I hold advanced degrees in Theology and Counseling, and I have completed postgraduate clinical training in Couples Counseling, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Spiritual Direction, Pastoral Counseling, and Addictions.

My approach to therapy

I will take a respectful, collaborative approach with you (or you and your partner). I often say, “you're the expert on you.” Sure, I’m going to bring my training and experience to the therapeutic process. I’ll have suggestions and offer guidance, but I want us to work together to achieve goals that are meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

One of the best ways for you to re-connect with your partner is through dialogue. I coach an emotionally safe way of communicating that promotes mutual respect, validation, and empathy for each other. I will invite you to sit facing your partner and talk with each other while I’m close by, acting as facilitator to deepen your conversation, empowering you to heal and strengthen your relationship, while ensuring you are both emotionally safe throughout the process.
