I graduated from University of North Florida in 2021 with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I've worked in different settings and levels of care, focusing predominantly on the treatment of eating disorders and trauma.

With a slow, compassionate pace and a deep respect for your experience, therapy becomes a place where honesty is safe, perspective widens, and healing unfolds over time.
Clients can expect for the therapist to gather a broad perspective on many aspects of the client's life. The therapist will attempt to set goals with the client in the first session. Ideally, the client leaves with a growth opportunity to begin the healing process.
