Great to meet you!

I graduated from University of North Florida in 2021 with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I've worked in different settings and levels of care, focusing predominantly on the treatment of eating disorders and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, spacious approach to counseling for those navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, eating disorders, and relational pain. With a slow, compassionate pace and a deep respect for your experience, therapy becomes a place where honesty is safe, perspective widens, and healing unfolds over time.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect for the therapist to gather a broad perspective on many aspects of the client's life. The therapist will attempt to set goals with the client in the first session. Ideally, the client leaves with a growth opportunity to begin the healing process.
