Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinician in both Delaware and South Carolina. Since completing my M.S. in clinical psychology, I have worked with clients in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, community-based, and residential. My strengths are treating adult clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Outside of work, I follow college basketball, have strong opinions about your music taste, and take pictures on my phone. I provide services for individuals ages 18 and up.

My approach to therapy

I aim to be present in session by offering a combination of validation, challenging (where appropriate), and humor (also where appropriate). The primary goal is to 'meet the client where they are at' mentally and emotionally and allow them to work through their presenting concerns at a rate and trajectory they are most comfortable with.

What you can expect from me

This is difficult to answer as no one client will ever have the same session twice, be it by or amongst themselves. Ideally, I hope my clients feel as though they were free to express themselves.
