A bit about my approach to therapy

My first a foremost focus throughout our work is on your goals for therapy and your life. I use all the vast tools and theories I have studied to help you reach your goals. There is no one approach to therapy or method I apply. I tend toward solution focused approaches with the client as my guide in terms of their needs, desires and feedback about what is working and not working for them in our therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

We first help you identify what is going on, what you need and want to be happening in your life , and then we work on how to get there. Each session we make progress towards the next steps towards your goals. Your feedback in terms of how you feel, your sense of progress, and how therapy is affecting your life is our guide to success. Together we collaborate to help you make the changes that you would like to see in your life, relationships, and family.
