A bit about my approach to therapy

Life's struggles are hard. Every day we are dealing with the stressors of relationships, responsibilities & the demands we put on ourselves. It takes a toll on us Mentally, Physically, & Emotionally. It is absolutely normal to experience symptoms of Depression &/or Anxiety when we are significantly overwhelmed. You may feel stuck & it is hard to move forward. Talking with a Therapist can help provide you with the symptom relief you need to focus on the things that matter to you the most.

What you can expect from our first session

My treatment style works toward helping you increase a stronger understanding of yourself and others by helping you get to know and understand yourself better. When your goals are beginning to be achieved you will see your relationships become much stronger. Especially the relationship with yourself.
