My approach to therapy

Life's struggles can be tough on us. Every day we are dealing with the stressors of relationships, responsibilities, the demands of life, and the stress we put upon ourselves. It takes a toll on us Physically, Mentally, & Emotionally. It is absolutely normal to experience symptoms of Depression &/or Anxiety when we are significantly overwhelmed. You may feel stuck & it is hard to move forward. Talking with a Therapist can help provide you with the symptom relief you need to focus on the things that matter to you the most.

What you can expect from me

My treatment style works toward helping you increase a stronger understanding of yourself and others. Through compassion and empathy I will work to help you get to know and understand yourself better, thus developing a different and stronger perspective of self and the world around you. When your goals are beginning to be achieved you will see your relationships become much stronger. Especially the relationship with yourself.
