Great to meet you!

I grew up in Taos, New Mexico and graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2010 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Child Advocacy. I went on to earn my Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College in 2014 and began my career as a school clinician in New York City.

After relocating to the Front Range of Colorado, I obtained my LAC and gained experience working in a variety of community mental health settings, specializing in crisis management and dual diagnosis therapy. My work has included both direct client care and leadership in supervisory roles, where I have mentored and supported other clinicians in developing best practices.

Outside of my clinical work, I am an avid skier, biker, and triathlete, and I have a strong passion for the outdoors. I value the role that movement, nature, and balance can play in overall well-being, and I often bring that perspective into my approach to supporting clients.

My approach to therapy

I take a direct and action-oriented approach to therapy. Rather than circling the problem, I work with you to clearly identify what’s going on and focus on what can change. My sessions are structured, practical, and designed to help you make real progress.

Together, we’ll identify specific goals and break them into concrete steps you can apply between sessions. If you’re ready to move beyond just talking and start taking meaningful action, I’ll meet you there—providing guidance, accountability, and support to help you keep moving forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about making sure we’re a good fit. Finding a therapist you trust—and feel comfortable growing with—is one of the most important parts of the process. That connection helps create the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.

During this time, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and how I work. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for my style. My goal is for you to leave the session with a clear sense of whether this feels like the right space for you to move forward.
