Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with eight years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate their path toward recovery and growth. I specialize in trauma treatment and work with clients of all ages - children, teens, and adults - with a particular passion for supporting survivors of abuse and trauma, parents, and women. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I tailor every treatment plan to meet your unique needs. For those who desire it, I am also open to thoughtfully integrating spirituality into the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and completely nonjudgmental. I create a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, fully seen and fully heard. I am deeply passionate about helping others alleviate stress and heal from trauma, and that passion shapes everything about how I show up for my clients. Drawing from evidence-based modalities like EMDR, Play Therapy, and CBT, I adapt my methods to fit what works best for you. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I am committed to building a genuine, trusting therapeutic partnership with every person I work with.

What you can expect from me

My passion is walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and personal growth. In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where there 's no pressure, just an opportunity to share your story at your own pace. We'll get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin envisioning what healing looks like for you. Together, we'll start building a personalized plan that reflects your individual goals. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, hopeful, and one step closer to the peace and wellness you deserve.
