Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor, and sound facilitator. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself and learn practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

I specialize in helping clients manage depression, anxiety, substance use, and the stress these issues can place on relationships, families, school, or work. Whether you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I offer meaningful strategies and compassionate support tailored to your needs.

My approach emphasizes the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit. By integrating traditional talk therapy with sound healing and a holistic perspective, I aim to help you create lasting, positive change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and practical. I help clients shift perspectives, develop coping skills, and face life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), sound healing, and proactive problem-solving to support meaningful, lasting change including in relationships.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, sexuality, and addiction—including substances (alcohol and drugs), gambling, and sex addiction—as well as educational and learning challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods and always tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session: We'll begin with an introductory intake session, where we'll explore your concerns, history, and goals for therapy. This is a collaborative process—we'll work together to identify what feels most important for you right now.

What you can expect from our work together: I create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. As therapy progresses, we'll focus on shifting unhelpful thoughts and emotions, strengthening your connection to yourself and others, and building on your inner resilience. I often incorporate practices like daily gratitude exercises to help you stay grounded and empowered between sessions.
