Hello, I am a Marriage & Family Therapist providing therapy for over 14 years. I specialize in helping individuals, couples & families find strength and support where they need it most. I provide both telehealth and in-person sessions, with evening & weekend hours available.

I focus on the needs of my clients, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I view my clients systemically, meaning we explore a person's environment too, helping us better understanding what's affecting them.

Our therapy sessions are guided by what works for you. We're a team and I will both listen & provide support. I help teach positive coping skills, improve communication, and seek out the solutions that will help your situation.
