I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and interpersonal concerns from an existential frame. I also have experience working with teenagers and adults struggling with grief and loss, identity concerns, life transitions, partner conflict, and many other social and psychological areas of focus.

I take an active role in therapy by providing a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space, while challenging you to actualize your potential. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to the unique needs of each client by integrating cognitive, behavioral, practical, spiritual and interpersonal orientations to guide the overall process of healing.
