Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals navigating challenges such as marriage/relationship issues, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and Brain Injury/Disabilities. My approach is rooted in deep clinical assessment, evidence-based therapy, and a holistic understanding of mental health. Whether you're seeking clarity through psychological testing or transformation through therapy, I tailor my work to your unique needs—not just a diagnosis. With EMDR & DBT training, & remote Neurofeedback, I integrate powerful, research-supported techniques to help you process emotions, rewire your nervous system and build sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

What sets my practice apart is addressing the root causes of your anxiety, trauma, or relationship pain—not just managing symptoms. Being skilled in various methods from cognitive behavioral therapy, to eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, to genetic testing, to Neurofeedback, I use whatever tools I have to help you achieve lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I know first hand how hard life can be. As a Veteran who once faced homelessness, divorce, and the after effects of traumatic brain injury and PTSD, I deeply understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed and lost. But I also know the transformative power of excellent therapy —and now it’s my mission to help others find their path to healing too.
