Great to meet you!

As one who grew up around the helping field and experienced a variety of complexities, it is my pleasure to lend support to others in their treks through adversity. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families, and I look forward to working with you in whatever modalities you find necessary.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we will seek clarity in the various obstacles that are brought to the table, acknowledging the subtle ways in which clients have already begun to battle adversity before even starting therapy, as well as exploring new avenues to fully grasp, overcome, and accept the challenges we face.

What you can expect from me

Consider therapy to be your compass. Life is complex and it can quickly lead us to feeling disoriented, uncertain, and overwhelmed. After each of our sessions, you will feel a better sense of direction in pursuit of your overall goals.
