Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you can feel safe exploring whatever brings you to therapy. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified EMDR Therapist who specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and life transitions.

I believe that meaningful change happens when you're met with compassion, curiosity, and the right tools to support your growth. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based modalities like EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy—tailored to your specific goals and needs.

I also understand how important it is to feel truly seen and heard by your therapist. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I honor the courage it takes to begin. My goal is to walk alongside you with authenticity, respect, and a deep commitment to your healing and well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions—within a trauma-informed and holistic framework.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns, gain insight, and develop practical tools to support your healing and personal growth. Whether you’re processing past trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, or working toward healthier relationships and habits, I’ll meet you where you are with empathy, curiosity, and respect.

Above all, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, insight, and a deeper understanding of themselves. You can expect to develop practical tools to manage distress, improve emotional regulation, and navigate relationships more effectively.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and begin to shift them in a way that aligns with your goals and values. Whether we’re working through trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I aim to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your own resilience.

Above all, my hope is that you walk away from each session feeling supported, seen, and capable of creating meaningful and lasting change.
