Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working in outpatient settings, hospitals, non-profits, summer camps and residential children's homes. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, while also having experience working with professionals from a variety of backgrounds including professional athletes, musicians, doctors, therapists and corporate officers.

My approach to therapy

I have experience in working with individuals, families and couples, using an eclectic mix of therapies (including DBT, CBT, EMDR and Trauma and Grief Component Therapy for Adolescents among others) to assist with depression, anxiety, failure to launch, executive functioning, trauma, loss and grief, alcohol and substance abuse issues and a variety of mood and personality disorders.

What you can expect from me
