Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience in behavioral healthcare. My career has led me to work in a wide variety of settings with diverse clientele. Right now, I primarily work with individuals who struggle to manage symptoms related to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. However, I also have experience working with a wide array of issues that include, addiction, psychosis, trauma, self-esteem, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, as I believe that each of us possesses the strengths necessary to overcome life's many challenges. It's also grounded in a number of evidence based practices, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy.

Ultimately, I see the client as in charge of what we're here to work on; my role is to help keep sessions focused, offer perspective, and provide clinical expertise.

What you can expect from me

It can take a great deal of courage to wade into the therapeutic process, as personal growth can often be accompanied by pain and discomfort. Given the nature of this process, I view trust as essential to all therapeutic work. This is why I aspire to create a space that is both empathetic and nonjudgmental.
