Great to meet you!

As a compassionate integrated therapist, I provide an empathic and direct approach to sessions in order to collaborate with my clients and empower them to successfully achieve their goals. By collaborating together, my clients can exit treatment with skills that help them move towards change. Clients may become skilled in managing their own lives and relationships. I am available to see clients online at this time. Looking forward to meeting you!

My focus is on providing my clients with a new approach to themselves that will help them gain insight and reach their true potential. I incorporate mindfulness and CBT in a blend that can affect profound change in outlook. Perception can be everything to better mental health.

When you commit doing the necessary work, positive changes are inevitable. Commitment is a key to change. ILWU friendly; you put everything in our hands, thank you; give me a call!

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with client is both collaborative and empathic. My style is one of transparency and respect. We come together to work together, and acknowledging the progress made together is one of the greatest moments we can share in therapy. I have firsthand experience with anxiety and depression, as well as ADHD. Tools that we will use to collaborate together have come from both an educational and experiential experience!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, upon meeting each other, I am first and foremost an empathic listener; my focus will be on establishing a therapeutic relationship while creating a safe opportunity for my clients to share in an environment that is one of acceptance and is free from judgement.
