Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience working with adults across community mental health, acute care, forensic settings, and private practice. I help clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity, and life transitions.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand themselves, improve communication, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I work especially well with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware but struggle with overthinking, anxiety, relationship stress, or difficulty expressing emotions effectively.

I strive to create a space that feels supportive, nonjudgmental, and authentic while also encouraging growth, accountability, and deeper self-understanding. Therapy with me is not about being “fixed,” but about developing insight, resilience, and a more grounded relationship with yourself and the people around you.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative process where insight, self-reflection, and practical tools converge. My work draws from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and somatic frameworks, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I am both thoughtful and direct, ready to explore patterns while appropriately challenging maladaptive beliefs that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a reflective, exploratory space that encourages curiosity and growth. Together, we will work to foster deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and more adaptive ways of thinking and relating to others. My goal is to help you build a more cohesive and intentional sense of self while addressing the practical concerns that brought you to therapy.
