Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a board-certified Psychiatrist with over 8 years of clinical experience treating a wide variety of psychiatric complaints including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic illness, and PTSD among many others. I employ a holistic and solutions-based approach to my treatment of patients. I do my best to focus on the whole person and employ nutrition and lifestyle changes in addition to medications and therapy in an effort to make you your best self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I value a less formal, more direct, engaging and comprehensive approaches to my patients. I understand that medications have a role in the treatment plan, but I also try to focus on other avenues of health, including exercise and nutrition.

What you can expect from our first session

I do my best to reduce the stigma around seeking out mental health professionals! I want my patients to feel engaged, heard, valued, and, most importantly, validated in their experiences and their goals for their health.
