Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in using evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Other areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to help you make sense of difficult past experiences and make meaningful changes in your life. We will work together to help you acquire tools needed to make progress towards your goals. I work to personalize each therapeutic experience to meet my clients' needs, strengths, and goals. Sessions focus on helping you gain insight into patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving & learning to modify those unhelpful and maladaptive patterns to improve your mental health & quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

So, if you are feeing "stuck" and struggling to make sense of what you are experiencing, I am here to accompany you on your journey to self-actualization. If you are looking for clarity, courage, stability, or confidence, then this may be a good match.
