Great to meet you!

You may have come here looking for support navigating your pain- emotional or physical. I am intentional about bringing calm and compassion into each session, as we explore your concerns, together. My priority is creating a nonjudgmental space as I understand your needs. One of my hopes is that you feel empowered through our work, so that you may accomplish your goals, and move toward your dreams. If you are open to viewing your experiences from new perspectives, I am here to help you heal, discover renewed hope, and find ways to reduce your suffering.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults to address issues related to chronic pain, substance use, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and depression. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet your specific needs, taking a holistic approach to promote self-awareness, as you acquire new skills and refine coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

Each session is an opportunity to gain clarity and acceptance, as you strive to be the best version of you, in the present. I welcome getting to know you, and your story, recognizing the courage it takes to choose what may be more difficult in the moment, though more helpful in the long run.
