Profile

When you’re caught in the grip of addiction, it can feel like something deeper is pulling the strings—old pain, buried memories, or moments that still live in your body like they just happened. Matt walks with clients to gently help them go back to those roots—not to relive them, but to finally release them. Matt helps you heal painful traumas and triggers in a safe, supported space.

Living with OCD can feel like you’re constantly battling your own mind—like there’s a voice that won’t stop questioning, warning, or demanding you to do something “just right” to keep the anxiety at bay. Matt is there to help you face that voice with courage, not by silencing it right away, but by teaching you how to hear it without obeying it. They don’t judge you or your thoughts—they understand how exhausting and isolating it can be.

Matt is trained in a constellation of approaches and is well-equipped to address the complex emotional and neurological impact of PTSD. Matt utilizes EMDR to help clients process and desensitize distressing memories by stimulating both sides of the brain, while utilizing IFS to help clients explore and heal the internal "parts" of themselves that carry pain or trauma.
