Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with experience working in schools, community mental health, and private practice settings. I look to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to help people gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy. I believe growth happens through self-understanding, honesty, and building practical tools that help clients navigate life with greater confidence and balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where they can share at their own pace. During the first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the process going forward.
