Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in LGBTQ+ mental health. I have worked primarily with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship and identity-related issues.

My approach to therapy

I approach psychotherapy with warmth and openness, and view the therapist/client relationship as a collaborative process. I practice relationally, meaning that I believe that our sense of self is formed, maintained and transformed within relationships. I focus on the ways in which clients experience connection, conflict and vulnerability in both their past and current relationships. By paying close attention to these dynamics, we can identify and change problematic patterns of relating that are so often the source of suffering.

What you can expect from me

How can we move towards change if we are not aware of what is going on within ourselves? My goal is to help clients cultivate and deepen insight as to bring them to a point of conscious choice.
