Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I have supported young adolescents and adults of all ages (including seniors) with a wide range of challenges across the lifespan. I have worked with adolescents and teens both in school & private practice settings, so I'm uniquely positioned to help clients navigate parenting challenges that involve their child's education (including learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and more).

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy involves meeting clients where they're at, offering affirmation and non-judgment, and helping them develop skills & strategies to navigate challenges successfully. Additionally, I help clients define for themselves what progress looks like from their perspective and skill use that promotes sustaining this progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard and understand (without feeling judged), and to come away with skills & strategies when they are ready to start applying them. We will also develop language and concreteness around how clients can tell when skills they've learned are contributing to the results they want to achieve. Additionally, clients can work on strategies for anticipating future obstacles and setbacks, and pre-identifying skills to have ready for when adversity arises.
