With over 22 years experience as a therapist and a licensed mental health counselor I have gained a variety of skills that allow me to effectively help my clients. My goal is to help my clients be their best selves, live each day to its fullest, and acquire the strategies we often need to tackle life’s everyday challenges.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy to my clients using a humanistic approach and a cognitive-behavioral methodology. I specialize in the areas of adolescent issues, parent counseling, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA people, autism spectrum disorders, and family counseling.
