Great to meet you!

I have a master in Mental Health counseling and over a decade of experience. I have worked closely with clients impacted by foster care involvement, incarceration, reentry challenges, poverty, and limited access to mental health resources. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist with extensive experience working across child welfare systems, the penal system, and community mental health clinics serving underserved populations. My professional journey has been shaped by supporting individuals, children, and families navigating complex trauma, systemic barriers, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

We identify what you want to get out of therapy: relief, insight, skills, behavior change, or simply a place to process. Goals can be both concrete and exploratory.
