Great to meet you!

It’s great to meet you. Many of the people I work with aren’t satisfied with simply getting by—they sense there’s more available to them and are committed to growth, clarity, and meaningful change. You may be feeling stuck, unsettled, or frustrated, even though you’ve tried to address what’s not working. You might have a sense of discontent that’s hard to define, paired with a desire for something better.

My work is guided by a belief that no goal or aspiration is too big—or too small—to explore, as long as there is conviction and commitment. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, take stock of what’s truly going on, and begin moving forward with purpose, direction, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is intentional, growth‐oriented, and collaborative. At the core of my work is helping clients explore not only what is causing distress, but also what they genuinely want and desire in their lives. Whether you’re navigating stress, workplace dissatisfaction, anxiety, low mood, anger, frustration, or general life challenges, we work together to uncover what’s underneath and how to move forward effectively.

I use cognitive‐based approaches to help clients better understand how their thoughts, patterns, and beliefs influence their emotions and behaviors. Through thoughtful exploration and introspection, we identify what’s contributing to your current struggles while also clarifying your values, goals, and direction. Therapy isn’t just about relief—it’s about development. Together, we build strategies and systems that help you move toward excellence, growth, and long‐term fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is engaged, thoughtful, and committed to helping you move beyond confusion and discontentment. Many of my clients come in feeling unclear or dissatisfied, having tried different solutions that haven’t quite worked. In our work, I help you unwind what’s keeping you stuck while fostering hope, relief, and forward momentum.

You can expect practical tools alongside deeper insight. We focus on building clarity around your goals, creating a realistic and motivating plan, and developing confidence that is sustainable and grounded—real confidence rooted in understanding and action. My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling better, but feeling equipped: motivated with purpose, clear about what you’re aiming toward, and ready to handle future challenges with resilience and self‐trust.
