Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, or experienced a traumatic event that has shaken up your world to the point where you feel like you are sinking into quicksand? You are not alone. My goal is to help turn your quicksand into a firm foundation. My second goal for you is to increase your capacity to manage and overcome the emotions when life gets in the way, but not get rid of them.

My approach to therapy

I like to use elements of a variety of different intervention approaches such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Person in the environment. I am also is interested in faith-based counseling as someone's faith is an integral part of their life.
