Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Matt. I am committed to providing therapy that affirms the dignity, worth, and value of all people. Taking the step to seek support is an important part of your healing and self-discovery, and I strive to offer a compassionate, welcoming space where you feel fully seen and respected. I work with individuals and couples facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, identity development, grief, and family or relationship stress.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is strength-based, experiential, and deeply grounded in the belief that your core self contains wisdom, resilience, and an innate capacity for healing. To support your growth internally and in your relationships, I integrate several evidence-based frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Family Systems. For couples and family challenges, I focus on enhancing partner support, reestablishing emotional and physical bonds, and improving communication.

What you can expect from me

I recognize that therapy is a meaningful investment of your time, energy, and financial resources. Because of this, we will ensure every moment together is put to good use. In our sessions, we will collaboratively customize an approach that fits your unique goals, helping you build well-being, manage challenging symptoms, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. If you feel we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out.
